Wealthy Merchant Red

First of all, look at the big-eared merchant who is located in the center of the camp.
Red offers a buff that lasts 24 hours and refreshes every hour.
The buff costs: 3 000 000.
The buff is available for character level 60 and higher.
When the buff level is refreshed, a character receives a reward into the inventory.
Rewards for the buff levels 1,2,3,4,6,7,8, 9,11,12,13,14,16,17,18,19,21,22,23 and 24 will have a special item — Red Libra Coin (Time-limited) Sealed.
Red Libra Coin (Time-limited) Sealed drops from monsters Lv. 83 and above. Daily limit is 1000 pcs.
The buff persists:
upon character death;
when moving to the Olympiad;
The buff is not transferred to the pet/servitor.
The buff stacks with other common effects.

Red Libra Coins can be obtained in three different ways:

Grocer Pink

The accumulated Red Libra Coins will be useful for Pink, who sells useful supplies.

Armor and weapons way to enhance a character, Black is eady to exchange your crystals and adena for items. Also he ready to change type of some of your items to others.
